10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Darjeeling, India. The Website and its use shall be in compliance with the Bar Council of India's guidelines and regulations.

11. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

For legal case that are disposed we shall retain information for 1 year post-disposal date.

Upon expiry of the retention period, or upon withdrawal of consent, such data shall be irreversibly deleted or anonymized, unless retention is legally required.

All grievances shall be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 30 days.

   We do not use client data to train any artificial intelligence systems. Information shared with AI tools is strictly limited to what is mandated by the court to be public, such as case number, case date, and party names. No personal details, identification numbers, financial information, contact information, or any other sensitive data will be provided to AI systems.
